Recurring dream about purchasing tiny sapphires, what does it mean?
I’ve been having a dream about once every week or so where I am in a store of some type looking to purchase a tiny blue sapphire. However, I have never successfully been able to purchase one in the dream and I feel a sort of apprehension while looking at them. Insurance for a ring?
For my wedding ring, my (now) husband got me a gorgeous antique European cut diamond in platinum ring (which means the cut is designed to sparkle best in low/dim/candle light since they didn’t have electricity back then lol).
He got it from a private antique dealer, so unlike chain jewelry stores, they don’t provide insurance for their jewelry. The ring is 130 years old and it comes with a certificate and everything to verify it’s authenticity – and before buying it, my husband got it independently appraised and checked out.

Buying antique engagement ring and wedding band?
So my boyfriend and I went shopping and we found in an antique store a .78 carat european cut engagement ring with side stones and a matching wedding band. It was made in the 1930′s.
I love it and it fit perfectly, size 6 all other jewelry stores had rings in size 7 and would have to be refitted. It is way below his budget for an engagement ring and it is the whole engagement and wedding set.
